Nadiya is a Certified Registered Aesthetic Nurse with over 15 years of experience. Her passion lies in helping individuals enhance their self-esteem and embrace self-love. In 2019, Nadiya expanded her expertise to include injectables such as fillers and neurotoxin treatments. Nadiya says, “I strive to provide care with the same compassion and attention I would desire for myself.”

Emily is a 2023 graduate of the New York Institute of Massage. She is certified in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release and will continue adding new and exciting techniques to her repertoire. Emily is also a Dressage horse trainer with extensive knowledge of how the human body works in motion. She loves giving individualized medical massages, focusing on the client’s needs. When Emily is not massaging, she enjoys spending time in her gardens with her animals. She is looking forward to helping you live more pain-free or get that R&R you deserve!

Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist with 12 years of experience. She loves to help clients with neck and low back tension. Whether relaxation or pain relief she will use her experience and knowledge to meet the needs of each client. When she is not at the spa, Jennifer spends her time chasing around her three little cherubs.

I am a proud graduate of Niagara County Community College, becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2020. I have experience in medical massage, sports massage, and therapeutic massage. I enjoy incorporating energy work and Thai massage techniques to help you feel balanced, restored, and deeply cared for.

My style is nurturing, intuitive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I love integrating eastern and western modalities to assist you in unwinding and reconnecting with yourself.

When I’m not massaging, you can usually find me outdoors, gardening, or spending time with my friends and family.

Elizabeth has been an aesthetician for almost 11 years. Her passion is helping others feel confident in their skin while creating a relaxing environment for them to come and unwind. She loves providing product knowledge to her clients while educating them while on their skincare journey. Her favorite thing to do while not on the job is enjoying time in nature. One fact you may not know about her is that she was adopted from Russia. Her mom is her favorite person she has inspired her to start this career so many years ago.
